It is the responsibility of both the seller and the buyer to ensure that the items or services listed for sale and bought by users are appropriate for sale under all applicable laws and regulations. You may not sell the following items or services under any circumstances:

1. Any item or service that is harmful to minors, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Illegal or restricted weapons and related accessories.
3. Illegal drugs.
4. Unauthorized copies of software, music, video games, movies, photos, or other media.
5. Any item that is counterfeit or stolen.
6. Any animal items that are subject to regulations or laws for the protection of live animals.
7. Any item used for hacking, intercepting, jamming, descrambling, or otherwise obtaining unauthorized access to wire, electronic, or other types of communications.
8. Fireworks, explosives, or any hazardous material or restricted chemical.
9. Any items that are "adult oriented" in nature or marketed in an objectionable manner, as determined in SuperAds’s sole discretion.
10. Any other item or service that violates any applicable federal, provincial, state, or local law or regulation or which SuperAds determines, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate for sale through the services provided by SuperAds.
    

Our Policies

SuperAds wants to ensure that everyone who participates in the SuperAds community has a safe and enjoyable experience. These rules apply to businesses, advertisers and sellers and even SuperAds employees. While advertising your classifieds and business promotions, we constantly monitor abusive language, spams, and classifieds which we believe are unhealthy for the community. Such classifieds will be deleted immediately and a warning message will be send to the advertiser. We want to promote a healthy and safe portal for everyone's use which is safe, secure and purposeful for everyone.

Comply with applicable laws

You may not offer for sale or sell an item or service to any buyer in a jurisdiction where the item, service, or terms of the sale violate applicable laws or regulations. You also may not offer for sale any item or service that violates Universal Shop's policies as described in "Policies for everyone and Policies for classifieds."

Provide accurate information

You must accurately describe the item you are promoting. You may not include any language in your ad, including the ad title, which may confuse potential buyers or cause your ad to be included in search results to which it is not responsive.

Place item in the appropriate category

You must list your item in the most appropriate category. Each item can only be listed in one category.

Have the rights to and possession of item

You may not offer any item for sale or promote it, if it is not in your possession, you do not have the right to sell, or that does not exist at the time of the ad.

1. Copy and Material: SuperAds reserves the right to revise or reject for any reason at its sole discretion any advertising material submitted. All Advertising materials, including photos, submitted by Advertiser or created by SuperAds are the property of SuperAds and may not be reproduced by a third party in other publications, electronic media or any other materials without SuperAds's or Advertiser's written consent.

2. Errors: SuperAds's liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertising that it publishes or from its failure to publish any advertisement that it has agreed to publish shall be limited to the amount it actually received in consideration for its agreement to publish the advertisement in question. SuperAds shall not be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from its errors or omissions. The Advertiser must report such errors or omissions within seven days of the publication dates.

3. Hold Harmless: Advertiser accepts all liability for the content of all advertising supplied by it. Advertiser warrants to SuperAds that its copy is true, that it is not libelous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trademark, and that it complies with all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. The fact that copy shall have been previously submitted to SuperAds for approval and shall have been approved by it either in whole or in part, shall not relieve Advertiser of the warranty. Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SuperAds from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or expenses, arising by reason of the publication of Advertiser's advertisement or breach of the foregoing warranty, whether such claims are well-grounded or not.

4. Inability to Perform: Neither party shall be required to perform any term or condition so long as such performance is delayed or prevented by force majeure, including acts of God, strikes, lockouts, material, or labor restrictions by any government authority, civil riot, floods, and any other cause not reasonably within the control of the performing party and which, by due diligence, such party is unable, wholly or in part, to prevent or overcome.

All Sellers Must:

Comply with applicable laws. You may not offer for sale or sell an item or service to any buyer in a jurisdiction where the item, service, or terms of the sale violate applicable laws or regulations. You also may not offer for sale any item or service that violates SuperAds ’s policies as described below in "Prohibited Items and Services."

Provide accurate information. You must accurately describe the item you are selling. You may not include any language in your ad, including the ad title, which may confuse potential buyers or cause your ad to be included in search results to which it is not responsive.

Place item in the appropriate category. You must list your item in the most appropriate category. Each item can only be listed in one category.

Avoid inappropriate ad content. You may not link to, post, or include advertisements for goods or other materials that: (a) describe items or services that you are not selling in SuperAds Classifieds, or (b) you do not have right to link to or include. You also may not include any content or images in your ad that are obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, invasive of anyone’s privacy, or otherwise inappropriate. SuperAds reserves the right to modify your ad, if necessary, to remove content not in compliance.

Have the rights to and possession of item. You may not offer any item for sale that is not in your possession, you do not have the right to sell, or that does not exist at the time of the ad

Sellers and buyers are responsible for all aspects of the transactions in which they choose to participate.

All transactions conducted on SuperAds Classifieds must be consistent with any applicable legal rules and with SuperAds ’s guidelines and Terms of Service.

SuperAds reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that is not consistent with the letter or spirit of SuperAds ’s policies or the law.

We respect the privacy of all of its users and are committed to protecting such privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains SuperAds.ca’s treatment of your personally identifiable information collected in connection with your activities on the SuperAds.ca’s website. We urge you to read this Privacy Policy carefully and to check back periodically as this Privacy Policy may change form time to time.

We do not collect any personal information of users unless it has been knowingly and specifically supplied to us by the user. This information is collected by us when you choose to provide it to us when registering for a SuperAds.ca’s Service e.g. to advertise or promote your business.
